One-piece slewing bearing structure, which adopts a main bearing reducer with sufficient load-bearing capacity in structure, and the main bearing of the reducer bears all the overturning moment and axial force of the industrial robot, so that no cross-roller slewing bearing is needed , The main bearing of the reducer provides higher accuracy, but the cost of this reducer is relatively expensive.
The hybrid slewing support structure is characterized by the use of a hollow main bearing reducer with a certain load-bearing capacity and a cross-roller bearing with a certain precision to jointly complete the supporting and slewing functions. The turntable of the industrial robot is fixedly connected with the output shaft panel of the slewing transmission reducer and the inner ring of the cross roller bearing at the same time. The stiffness of the cross roller slewing bearing is much greater than the bending stiffness of the reducer output panel, so under dynamic conditions , The bending moment and the axial moment are mainly carried by the cross-roller slewing bearing.
