Xuzhou Wanda Slewing Bearing Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in the production of various sizes of slewing bearings. Now for some customers who purchase slewing rings in advance and have not installed and used for a long time, our engineer gives the following suggestions.

 
1.The slewing ring is shipped with grease and coated with anti-rust oil or paint. The packaging of slewing rings is available in individual packages or in whole turns according to customer needs.

2. If it is not installed and used, the oiling maintenance of non-painted surfaces should be carried out once every 6 months to prevent rust, and the oiling maintenance of non-painted surfaces should be carried out once every 3 months in the humid region. The slewing ring raceway should ensure the lubrication maintenance of changing the grease once a year. During maintenance, rotate the slewing ring to check whether the operation is flexible. After all maintenance, the initial state of the slewing ring should be restored and packaged in film.

 
3. The slewing ring should be stored in a non-corrosive medium, dry, flat room, and should not be soaked or drenched.
4. The slewing ring should be placed smoothly and avoid vertical or oblique placement. When lying flat (except for the whole turn package), at least 3-5 pads are placed evenly between each slewing ring in the circumferential direction, and the upper and lower blocks should be consistent in the position of the circumference.
