    1.The mounting support of the slewing bearing must be sufficiently rigid, and the surface for installation must be flat, and the contact surface of the support and the slewing ring must be cleaned during assembly.

   2.After ten cycles of tooth surface work, debris should be cleaned once, greased with grease, and tightened symmetrically and evenly in the circumferential direction with a torque wrench.

When do the last time tightening, the pre-tightening torque on each bolt should be roughly uniform, and the slewing bearing must be hoisted or stored horizontally. Do not hoist or store vertically to avoid deformation. The bolts and nuts connecting the slewing ring should be high-strength bolts and nuts, and double nuts should be used for fastening and preventing loosening. The slewing ring is lubricated once every 50 hours. Each time you add oil, you must add enough oil until the grease leaks from the seal.
