 On July 16, colleagues from Jiangsu Shuangzheng Machinery Co., Ltd. came to XZWD Slewing Bearing Co., Ltd. and held an on-site observation meeting. In the XZWD Slewing Bearing Technology Exhibition Hall, the lecturer gave a detailed introduction to everyone from the aspects of product technology, product application field, cooperative customers, sales area, corporate culture and strength, product research and development team, corporate patents and corporate honors.

The products are mainly supplied in four fields: construction machinery, ships, precision instruments and clean energy, with a wide range of applications and a huge customer base. XZWD slewing bearing has always attached great importance to technology research and development. With the approval of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the company established the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research and Development Center. Jin Karui is the director of the center. Cooperation with a number of key customers. The company has established a Jiangsu post-doctoral innovation practice base with Xu Zhengmao as the project leader, and has invested a lot of high-end equipment and instruments for research projects.

Han Guanghui, director of the production department, introduced in detail the production capacity, quality control and protection, management in the production process, and key post configuration of the production department through each production line. At the same time, Director Ma Hui of the Planning Department introduced the management of the warehouse to everyone.

During the observation process, everyone also evaluated and scored the 6S site in the factory area, and listed the rectification items for rectification within a time limit. Mr. Xu pointed out that while doing a good job in production management, it is also very important to do a good job of 6S on-site management. At the same time, we are also required to care about the work and life of employees, strengthen the management of employee rest areas, and provide employees with a clean and comfortable resting environment.
